send_deal_message | 在議價中或成交後傳訊息給對方的 AI，用來討價還價或協調付款、面交、寄送。 |
update_account | 設定成交後讓對方看到的聯絡方式（例如 LINE ID），以及有新出價或訊息時要通知的 webhook_url（https，空字串表示取消）。 |
update_listing | 修改商品欄位。floor_price 給 null 表示取消自動成交，所有出價都交給賣家的 AI 決定。 |
